Alan was first appointed in the Town of Sturbridge in 2000 to fill a vacant space. He was subsequently elected and remained in office until 2005. In 2005 he moved to Southbridge and was appointed there. Later in 2010 he was appointed in the Town of Oxford until deciding not to renew in 2014. He is also now appointed in Webster. Alan has been trained by the Massachusetts Criminal Justice Council as a reserve police officer. He also has received Constable training by the Mass Bay Constable Association and Commonwealth Police Services. Certificates and Bonds can be found here
